Practice Administrator

Emry Greer is a Medical Practice Administrator with 7 years of experience in Healthcare. She has strong interpersonal skills and is passionate about patient education and advocacy.  By prioritizing proactive management, organization, and teamwork, Emry consistently ensures the highest standard of patient care. 

Emry has proudly obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. She has also completed a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University.  Emry is an effective collaborator and valuable contributor to our operations team.

Lisa Sclimenti-Montes

Front Office Lead

Lisa Sclimenti-Montes helps manage the reception desk and is a champion in patient care for Compassionate Psychiatric Services. She has years of experience in patient advocacy, public speaking, marketing, office coordination and is truly a people person.

Having gone through her own personal journey, mental health has become an essential part of her life, a calling to help others. She has found that connecting with people, finding that commonality is key to building relationships in further helping those in need.

At heart, she is a California girl, but loves living in Texas. When time permits, Lisa enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her two teenage daughters.

Robin Harris

Lead TMS Specialist

Robin Harris is a TMS Specialist with over 10 years experience working in the mental health care field. She received her BS in Human Services through St Joseph's College of NY. Robin has a true passion of always helping where she is needed. With her consistent efforts and devoted time doing what she loves, she continues being a leader. On her time off she spends time with her beautiful daughter.

Lori Pell

Spravato Specialist

Lori is a Certified Medical Assistant and receptionist that helps monitor and provide the best patient care possible. Teamwork and patient care are very important to her. Lori has 20 years' experience in the medical field. She knew from day one that working in healthcare was her calling because she loves to be there for her patients and absolutely loves her Compassionate team like family. She is a Texas gal through and through and wouldn't have it any other way. She has a passion for music, playing the drums, fishing, family , and Church when time allows it!

Brehyn Evans

Spravato Specialist

Brehyn is a Spravato specialist here at Compassionate. In 2021, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas. She is currently in the process of applying to medical school and hopes to become a physician. Bre finds immense joy working one-on-one with patients in a medical setting. Her hobbies include working out, hiking, and trying new cuisines. As a Spravato specialist at Compassionate, her goal is to treat as many patients as possible and watch them flourish over the course of treatment.

Kavarious Byrd

TMS Specialist

Kavarious Byrd is a TMS specialist who is skilled in treating patients with anxiety and depression. With over 5 years' experience in healthcare, Kavarious demonstrates the ability to connect with patients and coworkers. In his free time, Kavarious works with kids with behavioral and special needs. He also loves playing sports , cooking, family and his beautiful recently born daughter.

Diana Molina, CMA

Certified Medical Assistant

Diana is a Certified Medical Assistant and is very excited to be a part of the team at CPS. She has completed a 2-year internship at an Endocrinologist's office where she gained experience as a Medical Assistant.

In 2021, she graduated from Remington College with her Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting with X-ray tech. Diana loves children and working with newborns. Her goal is to work as a Neonatal nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Diana values spending time with her husband and children. She loves being a mother.

Tiahna Tapp

Medical Assistant

Tiahna is a Compassionate Medical Assistant and Front Office Receptionist. Tiahna is eager to help our patients in any way possible. She loves to greet everyone with a warm smile and is passionate about being an important part of the patient care experience. Tiahna is a mom of four and graduated from Everman High School and has three years of medical experience. She has also served as an advocate at The Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce to aid in the general welfare of African American businesses in the Dallas community. "I enjoy working in healthcare. The opportunity to care for and serve and help others is such a rewarding experience. I embrace new challenges, experience, and aim to grow as a medical professional.
