Regine is a therapist dedicated to helping her client's heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. She specializes in supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional difficulties. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and build healthier, more meaningful relationships.
Regine also has experience working with individuals managing complex mental health conditions, including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and providing individualized care that supports their unique goals and circumstances.
Regine strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, validated, and encouraged throughout their therapeutic journey. She believes that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and works alongside her clients at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.
