Nazimuddin Mohammed, MD, is a skilled adult psychiatrist at Compassionate Psychiatric Services in Frisco, Texas. He’s the founder and director of the practice. He has been practicing as a psychiatrist since 2004, having more than 17 years of experience.
Dr. Mohammed is known for his compassionate, holistic approach while treating mental health conditions in patients aged 10 and older.
After finishing medical school at Deccan College of Medical Sciences (DCMS) NTR in Hyderabad, India, Dr. Mohammed completed a residency at the University of Tennessee (UTK) in Memphis, Tennessee, where he served as chief resident and was a top performer in the Psychiatry Resident-In-Training Examination® (PRITE®).
He also worked as an affiliate assistant professor of psychiatry at Loyola Medical School in Hines, Illinois, and continues to be a strong advocate for patients, his peers, and the Frisco community.
Dr. Mohammed is board-certified in adult psychiatry and has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages in a variety of settings. He maintains his advanced psychiatry credentials with continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in mental health diagnostics and treatments.
He enjoys helping patients struggling with mental health challenges, such as depression and anxiety, experience a better quality of life. Dr. Mohammed welcomes all of his patients to Compassionate Psychiatric Services and looks forward to caring for them.
