Stacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience in individualized assistance to individuals facing various mental health conditions. These conditions include bipolar disorder, borderline disorder, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem issues, multicultural challenges, relationship difficulties, and parent-child conflict. Her approach to therapy involves using questioning tactics and solution-focused therapy to help the client find solutions that is needed through our journey together.
She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in biology, from Texas Southern University in Houston.
Following her undergraduate studies, she attended Texas Wesleyan University to obtain a master's degree in counseling. Stacy provides services to clients of various age groups, ranging from the age of 12 to seniors.
