Emmanuel Ezeokeke is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University. He specializes in trauma-informed care, helping teenagers, couples, families, young adults, and the elderly work through life transitions, severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, people pleasing, relationship difficulties, or anything that makes them feel stuck.
Emmanuel is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process emotions, heal attachment wounds, and foster secure connections. He also integrates experiential-based interventions, such as internal family systems (IFS). He draws from Dialectical behavioral therapy to create a personalized approach that supports deep healing and long-term growth.
Emmanuel is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, process past pain, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Having lived and studied in multiple countries, including Africa and Asia, Emmanuel brings a multicultural lens to counseling. He understands the complexities of cultural adaptation, identity struggles, and systemic oppression.
