About Jacqueline Liu, LPC
Jacqueline is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has worked in different mental health settings such as Private Practices, Nationwide Residential Treatment, and Outpatient Psychiatric settings. Her counseling approach is primarily compassionate and empowering based on CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy as well as helping individuals and families cope with a variety of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, BPD, ADHD, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, ODD, and all types of Eating Disorders with co-occurring struggles.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
She is compassionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals and families to increase self-awareness and empowerment.
She is dedicated to building a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients from diverse backgrounds and is competent to provide counseling services for Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients.
