Megan Kelsey is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in the holistic management of mental illness. With a strong passion for integrating holistic approaches into mental health care, Megan utilizes advanced treatment modalities, including IV Ketamine therapy, SPRAVATO, Medical Marijuana, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy (MeRT), phamacogenomic testing and comprehensive medication management.
She remains at the forefront of psychiatric innovations, continuously updating her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care. Her compassionate and comprehensive approach aims to promote overall well-being and mental health for all her patients. Megan ensures that every patient feels heard and valued, tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs.

Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is qualified to diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan. Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys reading, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
