Allyson Gayle is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Drawing from her international work experience, Allyson takes a holistic approach that honors the influence of culture, family systems, and lived experiences on emotional well-being.

Known for a warm, collaborative, and compassionate approach, Allyson is dedicated to creating a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Through personalized, evidence-informed care, Allyson helps clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
