Amy Murphy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate practicing under the supervision of Dr. Tiffany Wicks, LPC-S. She seeks to provide empathy and acceptance with a unique understanding of the individual experiences contributing to the present-day struggles. She will work with you to build a treatment plan to address your concerns utilizing a combination of humanistic, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral techniques. She specializes in parent-child relationships across the lifespan, perinatal mental health, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in child development with a minor in psychology from College of the Ozarks in Missouri, then returned to school at Capella University to obtain a master’s degree in counseling. Amy has experience working with individuals, children, and adolescents.
