Aneesha is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in education and 4 years in counseling. As a mental health professional, Aneesha provides solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy to pre-teens, young and older adults by facilitating groups and providing individual therapy sessions. Her therapeutic approaches are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Utilizing these approaches will give an opportunity for the client to identify and understand the patterns in their thoughts, behaviors, and actions.
