About Blake Boelens, PA-C
Blake is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) to collaboratively evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders under the supervision of a physician.
These mental health conditions, include anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorder.
Blake served as an Airborne Medic in the United States Army. After completing his military service, Blake pursued his education at the University of Texas in Arlington. There, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following this, he enrolled at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to pursue a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
Outside of his professional and academic accomplishments, Blake has a passion for fitness and delving into both fantasy and non-fiction literature. He's an avid board game enthusiast and enjoys traveling. Most importantly, he cherishes the moments he spends with his wife and their beloved dog.
